She has spent the ten years since her graduation perfecting her Bikini Body theories and techniques, and working with thousands of women to help them burn fat, lose weight, and maintain a feminine, fit and strong physique they can be proud of – on the beach or in everyday life.

What Is Jen Ferruggia Bikini Workout?

Here’s one of the things that immediately caught my eye. The Jen Ferruggia Bikini Body Workouts system is just that – a system. It’s a program which is designed to permanently change your lifestyle, not to simply trick your body into losing a few pounds for a month or so (unlike other bikini body programs).

The goal is to teach you how to build a chiseled, sexy body for the long-term by changing the way you exercise, the way you eat, and the way you live. In that way, it’s completely different than the other programs I’ve tried.

I’ve purchased all types of programs promising “complete systems” for weight loss, fat burning or building the perfect physique. In preparing this Jen Ferruggia review, I went back to take another look at those other programs to make sure that I’m not overstating this, and I’m not:

What’s NOT In The Jen Ferruggia Workouts Program?

This is an informational and lifestyle coaching program, so unlike some high-priced “miracle diet systems” there are no pills, supplements, foods or exercise equipment included in the program.

However, as mentioned above, you do get a diet and nutrition program with a full list of foods you can buy at any supermarket, a complete evaluation of the pills and supplements which may help (or hurt) with your weight loss, fat burning and body sculpting, and a complete exercise program which doesn’t require expensive equipment. So you won’t be missing a thing, and won’t be paying an exorbitant amount of money for stuff you don’t need.

Why Is It Different From Similar Products?

The easy answer is “because this one actually works,” but I’ll get to that a little later in this Jen Ferruggia review. First, I’ll look at the facts rather than the results;

  • A Complete Blueprint: From my experience with somewhat-similar products (ones which provide information instead of equipment, pills or supplements), the biggest difference is that this is a complete blueprint for a nearly-painless journey to a better body, and the changes in lifestyle you need to stay fit. Many “bikini body” guides simply give you a laundry list of exercises without showing you exactly how to do them, and throw in a short and largely useless pamphlet urging you to “eat healthy.” This product is different. The exercise program is fully explained in both the workout guide and the comprehensive step-by-step videos, and the diet and nutrition program has complete specifics, including the actual shopping list you can use to stay on target.
  • Much Lower Cost: You can see another major, important difference – price – when you compare the Jen Ferruggia workout and diet program to other bikini body “lifestyle” solutions like one I tried from Kayla Itsines. Saying that the Itsines product (which didn’t work for me and comes with many fewer components) is expensive is a huge understatement. Her workout program alone costs more than twice as much as the Jen Ferruggia guide; if you include her 14-day eating guide and recipe plan, the Itsines package costs about four times as much as the Ferruggia plan – and that’s only for 12 weeks. After that, you have to buy the Itsines plan all over again. Additionally, to do Itsines’ recommended exercises you need either a gym membership or hundreds of dollars worth of workout equipment.

When you check the facts, the bottom line in this section of my Jen Ferruggia review becomes obvious:

Jen Ferruggia Bikini Body Workout program is much more comprehensive, while also much less expensive, than similar products.

What Does the Program Require?

Quite simply, it requires a lot less sacrifice, time and money than most other programs, and that’s another reason why this Jen Ferruggia review is a positive one. Jen Ferruggia’s workout and diet system was head and shoulders above the others I’ve tried – it didn’t take forever, didn’t take huge chunks out of my day, and didn’t leave me exhausted and starving while I tried to lose weight.

You can do the exercises at a gym if you like, but the carefully-designed workouts can easily be done at home. All you need (other than the motivation to lose those extra pounds and build a sexy bikini body) is a bench or chair, dumbbells and a resistance band.

You’ll only be working out four days a week, for no more than 45 minutes per day. All of the exercises, reps and rest periods are all mapped out for you on the Bikini Body interactive workout guide – and clearly demonstrated by Jen on the videos which come with the system.

Even if you’ve never worked out in your life before, these exercises are simple to do and powerful in what they let you accomplish in a short period of time. You may find them a bit challenging at first, but before you know it they’ll be a piece of cake. In fact, after the first week I found them to be fun and looked forward to them.

The other thing that’s required is changing your eating habits, but with the Jen Ferruggia diet program it’s pretty painless. You don’t have to count calories or eat specific (and disgusting) food as with many competitive diet plans; the combination of the nutrition guide and shopping list makes it easy to buy, prepare and eat the proper foods to maximize fat burning and lose weight. No, you won’t be gorging on a huge bag of Doritos and a pint of Ben and Jerry’s every night – but you’ll be eating plenty of your favorite foods, and the program has enough healthy indulgences built in so you won’t even crave that late-night infusion of fat anymore.

Jen Ferruggia Review Conclusions: Does It Work?

The best way to answer that question is to describe my own experience, and report my own Jen Ferruggia results.

After three years of being horrendously overweight and being unable to lose more than a couple of pounds, I’ve spent nearly eight months on the Jen Ferruggia bikini workout.

The weight loss started almost immediately. After a few weeks, I looked like a different person. And at the end of twelve weeks, I had lost over 40 pounds and five dress sizes. All those layers of fat – which had made me so ashamed I would only leave the house in sweats – were gone.

This Jen Ferruggia review may sound too glowing to be honest. But that’s pretty much what I thought about the testimonials I saw on the Bikini Body Workout site. I was sure that they were all made up – until I tried the program for myself and found that the reviewers were telling the truth.
